Set & Atmosphere – 7

Little Miss Lock charmed us with its nostalgic technology and an old dorm-style setting that felt both immersive and cozy. The finale had our hearts racing, and the overall design captured the quirky, academic theme that ties all of Lock Academy’s games together.

Story & Immersion – 6.5

While not as strong as Lock Academy’s best rooms, the story of Little Miss Lock is still fun and engaging, rooted in the academy’s overarching school theme. The immersion is helped by the setting and props, which really feel lived-in. For us it will always hold a special place as the room that kicked off our escape room addiction.

Puzzles & Mechanics – 7

The puzzles are neat, cohesive, and balanced well for a duo. Nothing overly flashy, but everything fit the narrative and made sense within the space. There was enough variety to keep us both occupied the entire time, and the puzzle flow was smooth without unnecessary bottlenecks.

Flow – 7

For two players, the pacing was just right with constant engagement without overwhelming us. Larger groups might find themselves waiting around, as the puzzle volume isn’t especially high, but for a duo it’s ideal. The finale capped things off with a burst of adrenaline that left us grinning.

Verdict – 6.8

Little Miss Lock isn’t the best room at Lock Academy, but it’s still a solid, charming escape that delivers on flow, immersion, and nostalgia. Best experienced as a duo, it’s a great introduction to the playful Lock Academy universe — and for us, it was the gateway game that turned a casual “why not do an escape room to kill time?” into a full-blown passion for escape rooms.
